1. Scope

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the AI readiness check offered via aireadinesscheck.co.uk and any related services provided by Complete before launch: registered company name & number (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”).

2. The service

The Provider makes available a free, web-based questionnaire that assesses the AI potential of the user’s business and produces non-binding recommendations. There is no guarantee that the service will be available on an uninterrupted or permanent basis.

3. Using the service

Use of the AI check begins when you start and complete the questionnaire. No charges are incurred by you for doing so.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit.

5. Liability and warranties

The assessments and recommendations provided through the AI check are non-binding and do not replace individual professional advice. We give no warranty that the recommendations are fit for any particular purpose, and the service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business arising from your use of the service.

6. Data protection

Information on how we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms with effect for the future. The current version is always available on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
